24 Gifts of Christmas

Today's gift is actually more of a stocking stuffer, and it's going to my friend Jamie. Jamie is super busy - she has a great job, a demanding (but adorable!) pug, does volunteer work and finds time to hit the gym regularly. She knows how to stretch her time, and one of those short cuts is in her hair routine. She's a pro at extending the life of a hairstyle so she's not stuck washing and drying her hair every day. We've swapped tips on this topic and I can't wait to give her a bottle of my new favorite dry shampoo:



It's Umberto Dry Clean Dry Shampoo. I buy mine for less than $10 at Target, and it works like a dream. Unlike baby powder or other talcs, it's a cinch to really target where the product lands. It's colorless, so can be used on any hair color. I'm a fan of the fresh scent, the elimination of any greasies around my roots, and the volume it infuses into second (or third!)- day hair.
