Everyday Bombshell

Dan and I threw a dinner party for friends this weekend and, because we rarely have the chance to deck ourselves out, we made it a more formal affair. As such, I wanted a fun little party dress to wear. On a whim, Friday afternoon, I ran over to the TJ MAxx across the street from work just to see if I could find anything. And...I did! Marked down to $20 from the original price of $159, thank you very much.



I always forget that Calvin Klein offers plus sizes, but after snagging this little number I'll be on the lookout for more from the brand. I paired the royal purple dress with red patent leather shoes, a pair of vintage clip on earrings and the vintage necklace that I wore to my wedding:
